For the fourth craft, we're making decoration chains. For this you are going to need an old , thin cardboard box (something like a cracker box will work well), some thread or any very thin string, scrap paper, and glitter or glitter glue. What you are going to do is cut as many circles as you want from the thin cardboard box. Once you have all of them cut out, glue or tape them along the thread into a chain, leaving space in-between each one. If you are using just plain glitter, cut out circles from the scrap paper to fit on the cardboard circles. Glue or tape these onto the circles with the blank side facing up. Glue the glitter on and let dry. If you are using glitter glue, you can make it easier by spreading the glitter glue on the scrap paper and letting it dry BEFORE you cut the circles.
On a side note, if you want them to have color, you can use colored paper instead of white scrap paper. Or you can do what I did and go for the "ruby slipper" effect and simply use colored glitter or glitter glue.
